Flashback....

I have managed to meet my goal so far this week and hit the gym for three days in a row!!  Looks like with all the snow coming tomorrow may snap my streak.  Anyways, I decided to see if there was any progress so far.  I got on the scale tonight and weighed 170!  I haven't weighed that since I was 14.  I have lost 15 pounds since the beginning of October.

Secret:  Don't eat out.  It will kill you.  Plus, taking your lunch to work everyday saves you so much money.

You should weigh yourself in the morning before you eat. This is a good standard weight. It can change so much during the day. Less chance to get discouraged by weight flux. Congrats by the way.
